We pick the grapes for our estate wines from our younger vineyards and from vineyards that are not on the Petersberg in Gau-Odernheim. The first early harvest of our local wine vineyards also come into the Gutswein.

Our base red wine. Fine fruit of red berries, great fullness with clear minerality and a fine herbal note.

Viticulture: 100 % stainless steel
The harvest is followed by a short maceration of 6 to 12 hours. The musts remain unadorned and are fermented spontaneously with the grape's own yeast in stainless steel. The fermented wines also remain unadorned until they are filled on the yeast.
